Run
Comments: This was a really fun run. 25 minute without anything to drink gets a little long for me, but thats my problem because of being a slower run. Wind was a little rough at times, but hey, it's the middle of March. What would you do differently?: Not eat so horribly the day before. Post race
Warm down: Tried to walk around and cheer on others for awhile, but got very cold once I stopped running. What limited your ability to perform faster: Carrying 50 pounds of exttra weight. Event comments: Like I said above, I had a lot of fun at this race. Was able to talk to 4 other B.Ters. Set a P.R. for the race, of course almost every race is a P.R. when you've done so little. Best thing about this is it has given me a lot of confidance for the running portions of the tri's I have planned for the year. Last year I was always worries about the run portion. Incorporating more running in the pre-season can, and will, only help. Last updated: 2007-03-18 12:00 AM

Tried to work-off overly rich food from night out without the kids from night before.
Not much. Hung out and looked for other B.T.ers
