Howdy teammates!  As of today this is who we are, I'm sure it will continue to grow.  Let's encourage each other to do our core workouts and kick some booty!

Greetings fearless leader. I'm assuming that we can chose workouts from both the "Abs" and "Core" drop down menus to count as a workout, is that right? Also, what does the (FB) designation after an exercise mean?

Thanks.

Greetings! 1 workout down for me...

http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=...

FYI - Logging this workout, I could not find the bicycle crunches nor the bridged leg lifts as exercise types.

Have a great one! Time for me to head home from work and hit the road running...

Hey team!  Hope it's going well so far this month.

Mike, I think FB means "fitness ball".  At least, that's what I've been using when I do exercises with the ball.

That makes sense - thanks. I once tried fitness ball push ups and they were a lot tougher than I thought.

Bicycles are listed under the ABS catagory as "ABS - Bicycles". Oh yeah, the bridged leg lifts ask BT gods to add it, I recall this too and just used another execise to describe this and forgot to ask them to add it.

You should take the sweater off before taking the picture of the abs. There's a good waxing thread I can point you to...

I have a little more PSI in my tire than you have, but not as much fur. No picture at this point...

What are we supposed to do at the start of the challenge?  Take pictures and measurements?  Anything else?

To each their own!  I took pix because I haven't done anything like this in awhile and will be doing BF check, LT tests and such as my next two races are Sprints and need to decrease weight

Forget that, keep bikering at each other, I like that! Don, BTW, I like a little fur, the race directors at my last race tried catching me, they thought a bear had fallen into the pool, so never despair!

tjtron, you can find the bridged leg lifts under legs.

That colour of green is tough on the eyes - sorry.

Week 1's sessions complete. Definitely a success for joining in the challenge as I don't think I would have done the session if I didn't have to keep my pledge.

Not to mention any names, but surely Xterratri wasn't just a sissy last week, and just forgot to log his efforts. Anyone got a skirt to lend him? I'd say if he is being a sissy, make him post a picture to the group wearing a skirt (kilts don't count).

Donto- Any follow up pictures?
