Wow, that's a big jump, would involve nearly doubling your YTD mileage, but we have you in.

Since the exchange rate is 1.057, you have to do 740 Canadian miles.

haha, I know, I am weak in the bike skills and need a huge bost, I've been putting off long rides in favor of a few short rides. This will get me out the door and make me stay out there. This is a long weekend this weekend I am planning on getting at least a quarter done!

My bike is headed to the LBS and I'm going to have to do back to back centuries to catch this up.  However my seat will be back from Koobi just in time to bring the serious pain.  My bike is apparently against this idea... so I will only want to do it more.

Richter pass wasent actualy as hard as i though it would be, maybe cuz i make hills a major part of my training.

 Whoops, DBL post, the hills are too easy cause you're such a STUD!  Don't kid yourself!  You wearing anything for the race to set yourself apart from the common people NOT on the BT site?  I'm watching / learning then signing up for '08.  Let me know what you're wearing and I'll cheer you on!  Good luck.

I'm @ 260. I am behind. Got a bad case of fatigue in my legs and needed a small break. Should be at 420 by the end of sunday and should still be able to squeek in 700 by the end of august.
