Here's Team Black Magic. JohnDeere is a guess based on his last post. He's brand new to BT and still learning about the logs, so I've sent him a PM to show him how to log and may have an update on miles from him when he next logs in. I'm really proud of my team, they kept going strong despite a lot of 'stuff' going on!

Here is the poison apples spreadsheet through Sunday (I took numbers this morning but am not counting today's mileage on week 1).

Husker Tri Girl has not posted in our thread or in her logs since day 1 initial post and jessicacrouchrt has only submitted one run and no posts since the initial. We are thinking of dropping them since our inspires and such haven't worked.

Here is our spreadsheet. I am giving Cleavitt the benefit of the doubt this week, as she has not logged anything, or checked in on our thread, but she only pledged 8 miles for the month. However, if she does not post this coming week, I think we might drop her. I sent her a PM, as our inspires are not working.

CLARIFICATION:

I need some help on the team average percentage. Is it

A: The sum of the percentages of the individuals divided by the total # of individuals

OR

B: (The sum of the total miles run this week divided by the sum of the total pledge miles)*100

I think I may have it backwards in my spreadsheet. I went with B.

Since I am new to this whole challenge world maybe I am just not getting it. I thought that the week begins on Sunday? So our results should be from Monday Oct 1 thru Saturday Oct 6.

If this assumption is incorrect please let me know because I will need to repost my teams results to be an equal comparison to all the other results posted so far.

I thought challenges followed the basic BT calendar set up (Sunday - Saturday) but maybe I'm wrong. Just a total noob to the captain thing and don't want to be the first deposed captain.

Well - my understanding is that we were running Monday - Sunday, that's how I did our sheet.

And FWIW, you can set up BT to have your week start on any day you'd like. Mine starts on Mondays, just cause that's how my brain works (which is admittedly weird!)

Thanks for asking tho', it will be good to get us all on the same page.

Hi - sorry I never even thought of this! Yes Im inluding Sunday in the sheets if you have the info as it seems silly to report in on a monday and not include the whole weekend!

Hi... sorry I realised I didnt put the calculations in the spreadsheet... with some people doing miles nad some people using minuges I was going to use A... any further comments?

I will be posting the results Wednesday AM so if anyone has a strong opinion let me know

Yes, since the quantities are apples and oranges (or miles/kms/mins), I think option A makes more sense, which also gives us a better number!

One of our girls logged in mileage finally but they have both check'd in. The one with no mileage got slightly hurt last week but thinks she will back at least walking this week. I have updated the mileage.

I hope it doesn't confuse you - I also added a couple columns to our chart.

Week 2 is for the mileage we run between now and Sunday.

Week 1-2 Total is the total mileage for weeks 1 and 2 (week 1+2) - for example I ran 11.5 last week and 3 tonight so my week 1-2 total is 14.5 (this way I can more accurately figure the % Goal whenever I add new totals).

Hope you don't mind.
