Champion 6225  | Subject: RE: Taser Roasted Peeps II HI TRPs. very nice WIN this week EVERYONE. we ROCK! keep up all the HARD WORK! i love to WIN! got back from a spendid 13 mile ride.... finally figured out how to ride the lake to avoid most of the people, strollers, dogs et al. and add on a few xtra miles (the lake is 4.5, but the new way is 6.5) and it was the first of my MS150 rides - ONLY TWENTY MORE TO GO. hee. at least i can draw a line through the first one. one mile at a time. |

ooooh I like the pink ones...I just got my new Asic Gels I got my new Asics last week and they are already broke in by the muddy trails around me! I actually like the Asics better for running in! the Newtons are great, but I seem to get shin splints from them!?! sure do get tons of compliments on them when I do wear them though! soooo do I want to be faster and with no pain???? or compliments!??? haha Holy Cow!! I LOVE those Newtons! That is a tough choice, comfort or compliments. Hmmmm..... |
I ran out of time. Soooo, I shall have to squeeze my 30 minute run in later. Bryan has to work this afternoon so hopefully he won't work too late and I can run this evening. I am dying to try out my new shoes. They are pink and cute. Asics Gel Nimbus 10. Hope I like them!
and i also showing my other favorite pair of running shoes...my bright pink Newtons!

Champion 6225 | Subject: RE: Taser Roasted Peeps II Girl Passing on Left - 2009-03-22 3:26 PM skrtrnr - 2009-03-22 1:18 PM finally figured out how to ride the lake to avoid most of the people, strollers, dogs et al. and add on a few xtra miles (the lake is 4.5, but the new way is 6.5) ummmmm...by riding somewhere else???? seriously....how? not completely empty of people et el, unfortunately. though during the day/during the week, on a not so 'perfect' day, i betcha it would be for the most part. i avoided MOST of the people theres a section of the loop around the lake that is 'bike only' and today most of the walkers/runners stayed out of it (not always the case) my lucky day. and then i rode a section that goes beyond the loop around the lake had to contend w some cars on the back section (3), but theres a WIDE berm, its not that busy, just people traffic coming in and out of the park (only) and because its in the park people drive 15 mph STRICTLY enforced, people know better than to speed through the park. id rather deal w a car driving 15 mph than a stupid pet owner any day. the lake loop is 3.5 miles, and then the back section is 3 miles VOILA 13 miles!
