I have a little DOMS today - my intercostals are the worst. It hurts to laugh! After I get out of work tonight I have a date with the treadmill. Nothing like a midnight run to get you all ready for bed.  So what is DOMS? All I can think of is something involving Dom/Sub but I assume that's not what you are talking about (not that there's anything wrong with that) I am SO glad that I was not drinking soda when I read that! It definitely would have come out my nose..... |

(j/k, I'm here to stay regardless of whether you want me here or not! )...No I am on the West team - I returned to my Colorado roots and giving up on Buffalo for the month! My head hurts.... Sal who lives in the west is on the east team, and Bill who roots for Buffalo in the east has roots in Colorado on the west..... Yep. My head definitely hurts. Then again, as long as you're both on SOME team spreadsheet, I guess it's all good. |

Anyway, I finally got off my butt and signed up for the Virgnia Run Sprint. I did it three years ago, and I haven't done a tri since. Super nervous, but I'm really excited. 11 weeks out! I hope I can beat my old time. I'm going to be much better prepared this time, but I'm a lot heavier, so who knows. I'm betting that you beat your old time. |

I plan to get a short run in today. It is my son's 10th birthday so I don't have a lot of time. Need to be out and back by the time he gets home. He's bringing 2 friends home with him tonight. I have the house to myself on Saturday and the temp is supposed to be near 50. I am looking forward to riding my bike outside this weekend. |

I have no words to describe how it tasted though. No clue on the flavor. But Cole loved it. |
