ALL RIGHT. 126% now, and more to come over the next few days, but have maxed what they will count. Heck, depending on where my number end up, I may just up the goal mark so the number just kicks in at 120% at the end of the month.

I know you can do it, some of you should have no problems with the right mind set (I know you all have it) to achive at least 100%. And for your all 100%, you should be able to reach 120% to help us.

 Good luck!!

I'm at 102%! And I'm heading to the pool tonight for a recovery swim (just did my first half mary on Sunday!!!), so I should be right around 110% by the end of the month.

Great job everyone!!!!

KLAUSER, WHATS THE DEAL!

You still can get your 8 Hours in! Thats a four hour swim Wednesday and a four hour swim Thursday, the rest of us did it the hard way and stretched it out over the entire month!

Have you left inspires and/or PMs for klauser? 'Cause he's wayyyyy behind.

OK, I just checked his stats. He was logged on today. So he's around. But his last logged swim (and workout) was two weeks ago, on the 15th.

My advice - leave many inspires for him.

Maybe someone wants to send him a PM, too, just to make sure he sees it? He also has a Yahoo email address listed, but I don't think you want to spam him. LOL Maybe you can select someone to send him an email, if he doesn't pick up his PM.

'Cause you know, today is Jan 29th.... And he's going to have to do a lottttttt of swimming to meet his goal.

(Can you say "pruney fingers"!)

P.S. If you do the above, and he doesn't reply to you.... Well, let me know by Thursday evening.

Dee

LOL, nothing like doing the math to maximize your yardage but also keep the max 120% contribution.

(I'm perfectly fine with that, btw. It gets you in the pool, and allows you to help your team as much as allowable.)

I've been sidelined by a cold the last few days.  But it feels like I'm on the recovery end of it, so with any luck I'll get my final swim in tomorrow.  That will put me at 100%.

Great job to everyone, let's get this on the home stretch, only today and tomorow.

GO GO GO! TEAM WET AND WILD. You can do it.

Klauser, I know life can get challenging, but the best way to go through things is to get out there, and go back and forth on that black line on the bottom of the pool. Triathlon is a lifestle, so let's get out there, and do  it my friend. We know you can..

Was hoping to finish my swim tonight, but my body said no.  I'm at the tail end of the cold, but still feeling winded and stuffed up, and had a bloody nose this evening (which only happens when I'm under stress, mental or physical).

But I'm certain I'll finish up tomorrow, so don't worry.

All right Team, this is where we can achieve. If the following people finish for

120%     kristinc0916; medic0020; Out4atime; AlexB; Ellie; sdbryant

100%     krludwig

We can achieve a score of 100.33%. YES INDEED, we can spell I won the challenge as 100% is all that is required. Maybe other teams may be well over that, but we still won by the 100.33%. S

so pleaaaaaaase get out there today/tonight and put in that last efforst. I know you can all do it, since we are all called Triathletes, and do this for the Lifestyle.

GO TEAM WET & WILD

1500 yds this morning puts me at 131%!!! I never thought my knee would be able to hang with as much swimming as I got in this month - so glad I did, though!! Great job, teammates! For those of you still a bit short, GET IN THE POOL!!

My shoulder is pretty angry with me but my spirits are full after two days of long swims I  Made it to 120%.  Whew... I'm tired!

Thanks to the challenge and the team I swam 30,000m... WOW!!!

And I realized that in all of 2007, when I started swimming after knee surgery and started keeping track I swam a grand total of 41,000m in about 14 hours!

4 months ago, swimming past 1000m was a huge accomplishment, 2 months ago 2000m felt like a huge barrier in a swim workout that i could not cross.  At the beginning of this month 3000 felt like just as big a barrier.  This week I did 3 workouts of over 2000m and this month I pulled out two 3000m workouts!!

THANKS TEAM!!!! WAY TO GO!!!

Finally, I can tell I'm over the cold, though I'll be plugged up for a day or two I'm sure.

Anyway, I'll finish my swim right after work tonight, that's a promise.

I tried to update the sheet but it would not take the number.  Whoever is in charge, please do.  Off to take my wife to the Dr., more later.  Emerson

Also, make sure you update your personal logs, as it does not count if it is not in your logs. Thanks.

Sorry Team Captain, just trying to help if its OK.

Happy Swimming all, last day to bring this one home. Cheers.

WOOT I'M DONE!!!

Just got back from the pool.  Got in 45 minutes of swimming, so I went over my goal by 20 minutes, or 108%.  I wanted to go to a full 60 minutes, but I didn't have any nutrition with me, and with my diabetes, I need to eat every 30 minutes while exercising.

I'm off to update the spreadsheet....

Thanks, everyone, for an inspiring challenge.  No way in hell I'd have gotten my butt in the pool this much on my own!
