The handlebar drop + aero bars are the biggest change. I'm kinda glad I got a smaller frame now. It made the tri fit work. Yeah, another Fuji Fan. I like it, nice ride. Hopefully it will warm up a bit for you and you can get it back out on the road. I'll have to post a pic of mine after I redo the handlebar tape. Currently I have some black stuff on it, but it will be replaced for the season with the "Kevin's Bacon" from Raleigh. Makes it easy to pick it out in a transition area. And it keeps with my personality. That handlebar tape truly looks weird. You'll definitely get a lot of double takes. I have had it on for every race I've done. People usually give it a double take. |

I was having lunch yesterday with a friend, who is training for Boston, and a couple of his associates. He and I were talking about our races and one of the associates asked if I was training for a marathon as well (I wanted to say that Boston isn't just any marathon, but I digress). My friend explained to his associate that I am doing a HIM and explained the distances. The associate said "All in one day?" Ha!!!!!!! Edited by rrrunner 2013-03-07 1:29 PM |
