OK, so, I was relatively nice on the run.  We did the first mile in about 7:30, the second a little faster than that, then I eased it back because he was starting to wheeze a little too much.

He only stopped on the mile-long hill, and at the 4 mile mark he decided to walk the remaining .3 back as a cool-down.

See?  I behaved.  And there was no crapping anywhere.
