I have 0.25 miles left to go. I intentionally left a little on for the last day to make sure I make it to the gym tomorrow. If I don't make it in the morning, I'll force the kiddies to run between houses when we are trick or treating.

Great job everyone! Go Monsters!!

2.5 miles today - I miscalculated a bit on the mileage & have 3/10 of a mile left to go to make goal!   Duuuuhhhh!

I'll get it done tonight or in the morning, no worries.

This monster is DONE!  I did a 2 mile power walk with a new client - the rules are walk, run or elliptical, so I counted the power walk.

Everyone has worked soooo hard!!!

Happy Halloween Massive Monsters!

I hit 100% this morning...or last night maybe it was.  They got a little blended together.  Anyway, I just had to say SOMETHING since all the other teams must be posting alot.  We were way at the bottom of the page!

MONSTERS ROCK!

Well, the October challenge is over for me now. I met my original goal of 30 miles on Sunday. I upped my goal to 35 but couldn't do it due to injury. So by using the 35/31*3 calculation I met the new goal of 32 miles. Looks like most of the MONSTERS are on track to meet all their goals. WTG! For those that ran over 100 mile....OMG!

Great job on the goal. Sorry to hear you are injured, hope everyting is better fast.  Our poor food poisoned teammate could probably make that goal reduction calculation too.  She should get more credit for how hard she worked this month.

I enjoyed working/blogging with you all this month.  Happy Halloween!

Thats the spirit !    Hey Gang dont forget to update the  Monstrous spreadsheet  with your latest totals .

And remember if you are not at 100% to include  walks , elliptical , water running as well as the runs you did .

HAve a Fun Evening !

That's great to hear  , I also surpassed my previous mileage output for running and it set me nicely for a 10k and a  HAlf .   No PRs  this time  but a strong  base to be able to tackle the two races with only 14 days between.

Thats for The company //
