I love google.  I found a list of Harry Potter spells.  Locomotor Mortis - locks opponents legs.  I think it's time to find a nice picture of Bellatrix Lestrange and go throw a curse at the other teams.

Maybe we can translate "Run, Forrest!  Run!" into latin so it sounds more spell like.  Surely that will get your legs movin!

I thought my spring 10K was bad at 30,000.  Sheesh!  The first wave goes off at 8 AM and is done bdfore my wave even starts over an hour later!
