I didn't have any Zinfandel left over though. That got finished last night w/ dinner. Oh, and I neglected to mention I made fresh Italian Bread too. Nom, nom!
I don't have any Zin but there is always a bottle of Chateau St. Michelle's (WA State Winery) Pinot Gris at my house.....
chateau st michelle makes my very fave shiraz in the universe

That's the SLF's parents' favorite winery. I had leftover fettucini bolognese from this awesome italian place in a crappy stripmall.

I like their Riesling..
They make a beautiful Gewerstraminer as well. Better than the original from Alsace.
