Champion 9060 Charlottesville, Virginia | Subject: RE: Agritubel Ontherun - 2009-07-06 8:09 PM Please do not take this the wrong way. I love the team enthusiasim, but I am unable to keep up with up to 6 pages of posts per day. I do not have a computer at work on the internet, and unless I am on the bike spinning, I can not keep up with the threads. Even then, I can not keep up this pace. I would rather be working out. With that being said, I will post my workouts in my blog, in this thread and on the spreadsheet. Please feel free to drop by my blog if you want to talk to me, inspire or otherwise, but please do not be offended by my inability to keep up with padded posting. Joe No worries, LOL, would be nice to tag posts as something that should be read, vs those that are purely for fun. |

That way, people know they're "official stuff." Seems to work. (There have been a few challenge teams that even I couldn't keep up. (Taser Running, for example.) LOL) If something happens that Joe needs to know about, we can just visit his blog and leave an inspires. |

D001 - 2009-07-06 5:49 PM tlnewman30 - 2009-07-06 7:46 PM It's JULY. It's not supposed to be 45F in July. Got to love colorado. One minute sunny and 80 degrees the next rainy and 45 degrees. I would recommend staying out of the mountains then. It was 36F Sunday morning when I took Bandit out for a walk. I have lived there. All I remember is the humidity. Of course I never had the heart or lung/rib/muscle issue when I lived in the humidity. No, I will have to wait till I get back from Training in Late July to make an appointment. |
