Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Hugs - February Challenge billsorg - 2010-02-06 10:24 PMCan someone explain to me in layman's terms how to upload a picture onto this site?!?! I've tried so many times and every time I try, it says the file is too large. So I went to the FAQ and it said to download something called IrfanView.net, which I did and did a bunch of "save as" stuff through this webpage (saving pictures in what I thought was "lo res". So I went to upload one of these new "Lo Res" pictures and it said the file was too large. WTF. Alternative method: 1) Upload the image to your BT album. If you know how do to this, skip to STEP 2. If you don't, here are directions: - Go to the top of the screen, and click the Album icon. - At the top of the window, you'll see a little box saying "Action" - click the link that says "Create and edit your video and photo albums." - At the bottom, you'll see Actions - click the link to "Upload photos and videos" - Upload the photo, then click the link "Return to the album thumbnails" 2) Go to your newly uploaded Album picture. Right click the image, and select "Copy image location." 3) Open a new post. Click the button that allows you to insert a picture. (It looks like a little tree.) Paste the location (that you copied above) into the popup box. If you don't see the button above, you may not be using Rich Text Editor. If that's the case, let me know, and I'll walk you through it a different way. |

Expert 1246 West Grove, PA | Subject: RE: Hugs - February Challenge Thanks, Dee, but it's still not working. When I go through your step 1, that's where I get the error message at the top of the page that says "File Size Too Large". When I said I'm trying to upload an image into "this site", I meant BT.com in general, not just into this thread. I'm assuming I need to do something on my computer in which I'm doing a "save as" and saving my pictures as a lower resolution image??? I'm really not a computer moron, I swear! |

Master 2042 Albany, NY | Subject: RE: Hugs - February Challenge Lots to catch up on here... it's going to take some time to read this all. But I am back from a few days off of resting my calf and out of town to visit my new niece! Made it back in time for the endurance spin class, so even though I've been a slacker I'm not too far behind in my "love" goal! |

Elite 4372 Connecticut | Subject: RE: Hugs - February Challenge Morning team! What's everyone up to on this sunny Monday? I am taking Liam to the doctor and then, assuming he is good to go, dropping him off at school and running 15k. If he has to stay home (he has a nasty cough and had a migraine on Sat), I'll hit the drainer and run the 15k tomorrow. And of course laundry and cleaning. Anyone seen the laundry fairy lately? |

Expert 1246 West Grove, PA | Subject: RE: Hugs - February Challenge Good morning team! I hope everyone had a great weekend. Great superbowl last night! I made a huge pot of seafood gumbo and enjoyed some frosty beverages. Feeling a little sluggish today, but it was worth it. Not feeling the treadmill or trainer, and definitely not the pool today. I think a little racquetball at lunchtime and I'll get back to the other stuff tomorrow. Still on track with my "LOVE" goal. I just heard that we're going to get walloped with another snow storm on Tuesday night... another 12-18 inches! I feel like I'm back in Upstate NY again! |

Pro 4541 A farming town in MN | Subject: RE: Hugs - February Challenge Happy post-Superbowl Monday! My knee's still giving me problems. No workouts on Saturday and Sunday. I may jump on the trainer to do some low RPMs at low resistance to see how things feel today. If it's still not feeling right, I'll send Dee a message and drop out. If it does feel o.k., I'll probably adjust my goals anyways, just so I don't jeopardize putting myself out for the whole race season. I'll let you all know... More snow last night. More snow expected until tomorrow night. Two hour commute. I should have just called the boss and worked from home... |

Elite 3460 Slackerville, USA | Subject: RE: Hugs - February Challenge I'm going in for eye surgery Wednesday and I hope it doesn't screw things up for my love goal this month. I'm having a cataract taken care of. I know there won't be any swimming and no lifting but I don't think running should be a problem. I'll find out when I go in. It'll be great to see 20/20 and to get my driver's license again. Not having a drivers license is really getting to be a pain and its not just the driving part. Everyone expects you to have ID and right now I don't have any and am having trouble getting ID without ID to show who I am. I was finally able to get things worked out with the social security office and they are mailing out a new social security card. Hopefully by next week I will have a drivers license. Then I can get my passport renewed. |

Elite 3460 Slackerville, USA | Subject: RE: Hugs - February Challenge Congrats on the half mary Richard. Its quite an accomplishment to do a race in the cold. I'm too much of a wimp to run when it gets too cold out, although I would like to do a race like this at some point. I like challenges and doing a winter race would make it just that much more of a challenge. I have some work to do before I would be ready for something like this. Keep up the good work. |

Extreme Veteran 671 Not Quite DFL | Subject: RE: Hugs - February Challenge Hey kids. My race on Sat. went as well as can be expected. Icy/snow packed roads, hills, and a 20 mph wind. had a good time though and finished 8th out of 41 (I think). Sunday was a "rest" day. I intended to get up bright and early this a.m. and do my 4 miles of fartleks, but, the bed won out. My trial today was cancelled - defense attorney has pink eye. I hope to get my run in after work - however - we are forecast for a snow storm with blowing and drifting. Out where I live, "the wind picks up speed every time it goes around a fence post" (according to my brother in law) so we'll just have to see. the 5 miler tomorrow a.m. might be even more interesting. I'm betting school is cancelled. before I say "back to work" - want to add that Mr. Gogogo - that is a GREAT time and nice medal, I like the bread recipe - might have to try that (I have one for peanut butter cup bread) and I like Q's story, and Erica, I won't take 3 to the store either...2 is my limit. (currently almost 6, almost 5, and 2.5 y/o) |

Headed down the stairs to the fitness center, and I can't walk down the stairs without shifting my hip. I'm thinking it's quad tendonitis, but I'll confirm with the doc tonight.
