I'm having no pain going up and down the stairs, which I was while shoeless - a good sign! I'm planning on doing my next run on a treadmill to give them the real test.

New shoes - I think I missed this convo - new running shoes to prevent injury I assume...?

New shoes so that I hopefully stop injuring myself.

I am sure it will do wonders - I have to admit before I was fitted I was going by color of shoe (Hated white shoes) well that wasn't how to do it and I suffered with horrible leg/knee pain (have had both knees operated on). I have had slim to no pain with the new shoes unless I am needing a new pair. Last week I realized it was time to order since I was starting to experience lower leg and knee pain during my runs again.

I hate white shoes too!! WHY do all women's shoes come in white with some pansy colour attached? (Sorry... I'm not meaning to offend at all. I just want a basic black shoe...) End rant.

So, my new shoes are "white/lightning/electric blue". I guess electric blue is better than mauve.

I just wish I didn't have giant feet which mean I can't even fit in womens shoes - its mens for me, for sports anyway. I'm running bare right now though and loving my vibrams

I was full size by about grade 5, so I stood in the middle back for class portraits and wore boys shoes until I went adult size. I know how you feel! I did love my boys skater shoes though.

Today SO did not go as planned... woke up this morning and one daughter had a wet bed and the other had leaked a pullup in my bed. ^*&(&

*# those pea sized bladders that run in my husband's family! Then my daughter leaked a pool of milk in her backpack that she needs for school tomorrow. This added to the roughly 6 loads of laundry already backed up. You should see the mountains of laundry here!!! It's almost comical.

Workout not going to happen today. But no worries!!

I always thought the sock that got lost in the laundry came back as a hanger that was the tangled mess i n your closet when you were trying to get the clean shirts......

My mother allowed one of my older brothers to live with us for a while. Not sure why given that we aleady had 5 kids in the house but she did. A came from a family with 1 other child. His mother was a lunatic, that much I remember. He always wondered if my mother's washing machine was ever turned OFF cause there was always laundry going. (didn't help he slept near the laundry room)
