But I couldn't have done it without the rest of the Crushers and other challenge forum friends! At least not this quickly... I will never forget that one month were I went from about 30 posts to several hundred. Hanging around here really helps keep me motivated to train, thanks everyone! The way you're going, you're going to pass me up in no time. Congrats on the milestone post. |

Elite 3460 Slackerville, USA | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge Sorry I haven't been around much lately. I've been missing BT. Its been crazy lately. Then just as I'm wrapping things up on my project, I found a bug that should have been fixed a long time ago. I wish I could push it back on the person that did it but it doesn't work that way. It just means one more thing that I have to do and puts me behind schedule. |

Elite 3913 far northern CA | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge My little boy is feeling a lot better. He's been pretty tired, though. We may go to the park in a little while. Tonight, I have a date with the bike trainer. I need to get some power back before a time trial at the beginning of March. |

Elite 3460 Slackerville, USA | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge I like to meet people. I like to socialize. But the gym is not the place I like to do that. Every time someone says HI, I end up losing 20 minutes of my workout. |

Royal(PITA) 14270 West Chester, Ohio | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge Had a decent swim today....and a good time had by all on my bike trainer. We're supposed to have warm temps around 60 this weekend, I think I need to ride outside. (don't hate me if you are snowed in, come August it will be 100 degrees and HUMID here while you are in a more comfortable climate) |

BTW....it's 60 degrees in my area year round. It doesn't matter if it's winter or summer. |

Extreme Veteran 671 Not Quite DFL | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge Hi guys. sorry I haven't been around much. I got behind at work apparently and evenings have been real busy. the weather hasn't cooperated at all during official week 2 as it's just been colder than "hillbilly hell" as my dad would say. I'll get in an hour or so tomorrow and who knows on Sat. We may break freezing on Sat. It has taken me a long time to catch up on the thread. Hope those that are ill are better (and I can tell Yanti is doing great now -- excellent) If I still have your attention - would you help me out and check out this link? http://grouprev.com/duanedeters I am running for a charity - a camp for mentally retarded kids. If you can help - great - if not- I understand - times are tough. Happy training, and I hope to post more, (and not so long....) |

I do my charitable donations through my husbands work and through my running events so I won't be able to help, but keep us posted on your progress. On a side but related note, April - June I am taking an additional qualification course for teaching in special education. |

Take the last 2 numbers in your birth year and add the age you turn this year to it. Your answer is: 111 Highlight above line after you have made the calculation. How long do you think it will take your air to get here? |
