I'm thinking the later sounds good to me! But seriously, when they start me up, I may ask to err on the side of too much. I could use to lose a few lbs before IMAZ! haha! Heh! I have plenty of friends who take synthroid but nah, those symptoms aren't quite as nice as they might seem Glad to see the reboot went well. All the best with your 'body reboot' as well. Thinking of you. You'll still love me even though I'm a little less of a man? I guess I'm already a bit short. I'm missing an appendix. Thyroid replacement may also make you hairless....booyah!!!!! body hair - cool. Head? Not so much. I love my thick luscious locks... |

I tossed out my hockey skates when I moved here only to find it was more popular in the desert than the frigid midwest of Michigan.
My friends live about a mile or two from this pretty cool hiking trail. It's VERY popular and tons of people hike it. I actually ran it (or tried). It's a pretty good climb over a couple peaks. I want to say they live in the north east of Scottsdale. Perhaps you know the hike/trail?
Sounds like Pinnacle Peak Park. It's roughly a 1.75 mile out over two peaks and then turn around and come back. I live a couple miles away and yes, it's a good run. I try to hit it once a week (avoid it on the crowded weekends) for some hill work two peaks. Yep sounds right. I did the two peaks and then down the road a bit on the back side, then back over... Took about and hour? Fun run. |

Yep, it's shocking. Travel somewhere in the summer and it's in the 80's. Get off the plane mid summer and step out of the airport and it's 105 at 11pm. Crazy. |
