Chicked in Fantasy Football.  Yowza.  Glad I'm not up for that dubious honor.  God knows I get chicked enough on the race course.

I think its all about skill when I am winning,  and all about luck when I'm losing.   There is a lot of luck even on the football field.    So we have to be lucky to have drafted someone who is lucky on the field even.    I dunno.   AND I HAD LUCK  then traded him.  what does that mean?  silly I had Luck on my side then willingly traded it.   hmmm

So  like Ann Marie  we are plying each other this week right?    Want to bet the sig line thing?     You have to sport the "Gotta hand it to Oriolepwr,  I can learn much from this fantasy football Guru"    On your BT sig line for say 2 weeks.    And I will change mine to a tasteful Homage of your choosing, should you get lucky and beat me.  :-D

Ooh, a side bet! Sure, let's do it. If I win you can change your sig line to " I just got chicked in fantasy football. Serenity Now rules!"

Ok you got it.  Let the best (or luckiest team win)  This makes things more interesting for all of you already out of the playoffs!   HA!

Let the games begin!

this is more likely to happen than Kendall wright getting 30. Here I am considering that 21 out of Chris Johnson is a lost cause.

Closest championship game ever. Oriolepwr records a sack late in the final game to win by 0.88 of a point.

In spite of his defenses negative points, they pulled it out for him. Ha.

That was a drama filled Championship game.   Who says defense does not when championships?  ;-)

Totally a fun season.   can't type much right now,  been drinking too much victory champagne.

So Matt  thought y'all might want to see what awaits the winner of this league of talented football loving, Tri peeps.

Ok this is the MASSIVE, BT Fantasy Football League #2   Championship trophy  That I am proudly displaying for all to see whenever they enter my house.

My wife is sooo embarrassed,

Wife:  Rolling eyes, shaking head.  giving me that same disgusted look I get when I say  something like WONDERFUL day outside!  sooo instead of cleaning up the basement like I promised 20 times before,  I'm going for a BIKE RIDE!   :-)

Have I been training too much again??   "No that's not it."

Is it all of the finisher medals that hang from the light above our  Island in the kitchen?   Is that what is bothering you?  "Nope- But take those down, Damn it."

Is it all the race bibs that I save and tape to the walls of the house in odd locations?

"No, and you might find that some of THOSE are missing. "

All the race shirts that get in the way of us finding REAL clothes to wear in the closet?

"Don't even start with that one, you KNOW those are SOOO going in boxes or whatever"

I thought you said the girls were going to make me a quilt out them!

"God no.  you are delusional!"

What's wrong then honey?

"It's that "trophy"   you "say" you got for winning that stupid  BT Fantasy Football League #2 "  "it's bad enough all your friends are Triathletes, that you spend all that time training, and then talking about it.  heck even getting me and the kids DOING a Triathlon which BTW I will never do again. "      "Now I gotta have this Beer  THING! in my kitchen!!"

Stupid?  These are the FINEST minds in all of BT  I will have you know!  And about that Tri you did.   The sea was very angry that day.  It's not usually like that.

And I'm proud of that trophy, SO it needs to stay.   All that other crap can go. But this  THIS!  needs to stay.

"Ugh  Old Style.  Could it not be oh I dunno like Good beer? "

HEY! You know I will have you know they once sponsored the Chicago Marathon.   Please be respectful of my Massive BT Fantasy Football League #2   Championship trophy!

Here it is peeps.   (and BTW my wife is actually really supportive of it,  well mostly, um I er... nevermind)

After some prodding from the Bear, I reactivated the league. I think it sent out a reminder email to everyone. Please sign up if you would like to play again. I believe we were doing $20/team entry fee.

Looks like we've got 9 registered so far. I'll give it a few more weeks since it's still so early and then we'll start looking for replacements. Being the lazy commissioner I am, I don't know who we are missing. If anyone knows, can you send a reminder to those who haven't registered?

Okay after minimal effort, I see we are missing Avangarde Omske, Headbutt Johnson and The shockers. .

A bump in this thread probably wouldn't hurt either.

Looking forward to taking down Oriolepwr this year. He'll be too busy watching the O's anyway....
