I made a group called "RSP Sidewinders" for my National Guard unit... and I need the link to it. It won't show up on my phone correctly. If you can't find it searching that, can you friend me (elaine kratz - picture is me on a MTB) and get to it that way? then just post or PM me the link?

mjh1975 - 2012-11-19 12:43 PM YIppee, I think I settled on a new ride...darn excited.

Whatcha getting?

QR CD0.1

That's a bad azz ride.

No doubt, I'm envious.  My cycling is also completely unworthy of it, so it's a bike that'd be totally wasted on me, anyway.

@Elaine - you're welcome. Sorry about the non auto-linking, it seems that since letting my paid status expire, that doesn't happen any longer.

Doesn't matter. just needed to paste it into an e-mail. If I clicked it at work, I'd just get a site telling me that facebook is evil.

Great... not white yet it was warm on the weekend 50 degrees and I was hanging my xmas lights up on my house. Not turning them on yet but wanted to take advantage of the weather.

a little over 1 month until my surgery.

Picked up a ton of vegetarian food this weekend. A lady pre-makes dishes and delivers them to your door for a very reasonable price..  going to try that out this week.

$35 and I managed to get

mexican black beean quinoa

Curried rice mixture

Sweet potato and leek soup

8 veggie soup

Some other soup and

Black Bean Brownies...

Easily enough for me for the week.

I wanted to try so I could see about using her while I was laid up for a few weeks after surgery.

Hey TAN.  Just drove back from Tempe this morning and now have to get packed for a 6am trip to STL with all kinds of family plans.  I'm a bit tired though.  Oh well.  HTFU and all that.

Morning TAN

Checked out IMAZ yesterday afternoon. Absolutely beautiful day! Saw TANners going by and had fun cheering...even though they had no idea who was yelling for them. We stood at the last turn before T2 and then moved down as they started the run. Kido looked very focused. Monica was head-bobbing to the music...and we somehow missed Tony (on one of his aforementioned self-texting breaks?Laughing

My boy wanted to see people "winning" so we moved up to the finish line and watched pros and first AGrs come in. Really enjoyable atmosphere for spectators and athletes (judging from all the smiling through sunscreen and sweat).

Sounds like an excellent day!  I was sad I wasn't going to be able to volunteer at IMFL this year but it was the same weekend as a race I was doing.  Nothing quite like watching the mass start from a kayak out on the course.

Congrats to Monica, Tony and Jim.

Thanks Kate.  Too kind.

Good pics TJ.  I missed them because I thought they were in front of me and already done.  I was disapointed I did't watch them finish.
