HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would hate to fall into the "posted just the word hilarious" category so I'll add... ummm, well, just this. Carry on. |

I mean, Beth has a post that just says "LMAO"...Just saying, the ferret beats that for substance, hands-down. enders_shadow - 2007-12-04 1:13 PM HCS5QA - 2007-12-03 8:49 PM Do I count? Cat, Dee, Beth - nope - guess I'm not post padding...I must be adding substance. Yeah, that's it. D001 - 2007-12-03 5:46 PM HCS5QA - 2007-12-03 8:42 PM Hi Hector! I'm padding your teams post count! (Whoops. I meant.... CAT is padding your team's post count.) Alright! Completed several things today. Rode the bike and swam 1000 meters. Oh yeah a little core and abs thrown in as well. Boy you guys have been busy posting away. It's the same three culprits from what i can see. LMAO Hello ladies. hmmm a ferret is substance? I can see that... hey now! I explained the deeper meaning and substance behind that simple post LMAO |

Oh, wait - I was never on Nibs. Mmmm. Must repress that memory. KristenD001 - 2007-12-03 7:39 PM I feel schizophrenic. Sometimes, I'm in multiple places at once. And on occasion, I talk to myself. Should I seek professional help? You're OK until you start arguing with yourself. (It might help cure me of my BT addiction issues, actually.... LOL) We certainly can't have that! Thank you - thank you very much... FWIW im not a Nibb either... so we can deny all forever if only it weren't for those pesky Nibbins Notes - Hmmm, yes, chronicled forever and ever and ever! |

Pro 4216 Sous Mon Diadème | Subject: RE: Evil Elves Hmmmmm... I'm going to switch out my sassy tiara for a serious one for a moment in honor of never giving up. I wouldn't want to have to bite my fingers until they bleed. Try not to cry, Sal. There are those among us who, perhaps, maybe, possibly, suffer from serious health issues. And, among them, there are those for whom every meter swum, every pedal stroke spun and every mile run is a victory in and of itself. If these people were to give up each time training didn't go as planned or a race goal wasn't met they'd have run off with their tails between their legs a long, long time ago. Celebrate what you have done. If you didn't meet the goal you set then you still have something to strive for. Be thankful that you have the health and good fortunate to be able to do it. Have fun, for when it is no longer fun I'm not really sure what the point is... and yes, we all have a different idea of "fun" than the, ummm... "normal" people as I believe they are commonly referred to around here. Test your limits and learn about yourself as you do. If you can walk away from each race learning at least one thing or knowing one thing to do differently then truly, there is no failure, even if you have to define success differently than you might like to. OK, back to your regularly scheduled sassitude. |

I'm just too feeling like a complete failure to do anything. Did you sign up for that charity run that you wrote about in your blog? Or -- you could just go laze around in the pool. Get a few laps in..... You don't sign up for the charity run until the morning of the race. Its free; you just bring an unwrapped toy and sign a waiver. What a great idea!!! I wonder if there's anything like that around here. If not I'm going to see if I can get one of my employers to consider sponsoring something similar for next year. There are so many 5Ks on Saturday and I'd love to do one but I agreed to teach a double that day not realizing that apparently every race with words like mistletoe, jingle, reindeer, etc. in their titles were all scheduled for the same day. |
