Expert 1099 Broadlands | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs Landed in Dubai after 7 hours in cattle class!!!!!! Just had to get myself on the dreadmill and run out the tired legs. saw something new to me though..... the dreadmills in the Crowne Plaza Dubai have flat screen TVs actually built in to the machine!!!! I have to say it's a little odd running and looking down to where the pace/distance monitor usually is and having a fully operation 50 channel cable TV there!! Sore neck after 30 minutes! Or perhaps my gym at home is a little behind the times :-) Way to go HammerOzz 104% great running!!!!!!! |

Extreme Veteran 301 Charlotte, North Carolina | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs Alright... My job is to motivate, pester, and push to goals, right? Here goes... So our team is not at 62% of where we should be with 65% of the goal finished. 46% of our teams is at or above target.. Not to finger folks out (Bot kinda to finger folks out) below in Green and yellow are those standings. Come on Team, I KNOW you can do it.. If I can quit smoking, you if you can decide to do triathlons, 5k, 10k, half and full marry's while millions of folks sit on the couch, I KNOW you can challenge yourself to meet exceed, or even challenge yourself to that new goal. You are the only one who can challenge, make yourself accountable, and break past that "I really don't want to get out there today" thought in the back of all our heads. So jump up, through on those wok out clothes, get out on that sidewalk, street, treadmill, or head to that gym, and break out some miles today. GO SCRAMLED LEGS! YOU CAN DO IT!!!
