Master 1284 Victoria BC | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs atlrunnergirl - 2008-01-29 2:30 PM Allrighty - I'm over 100% for the month! Yay!!! Congrats that is awesome. I will be over 120 after tonight so not worth changing goal as 120 is all I can give anyway. I am still amazed at how much I put in this month it surprised me I thought this would be a tough goal to get to. |

Master 1284 Victoria BC | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs I am finished for the month well probably not but I am at like 127 so not sure do I raise my goal just so it is 127 or will they just take 120? Either way if it needs to be raised raise it!! But make sure I am at 120 |

Veteran 188 Rochester, NY | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs I'm feeling good today! I completed my goal +some!!!! Made it to 105%!! I don't think I'm going to run tomorrow, so that's it for me! I am pretty pleased with being able to pull it off, even with the ankle issue I've had for the past 3 weeks. It's coming along well, but I still have some pain and compromised ROM. It'll get there. Now, for next month I'm on the a biking challenge! That should definitely be a challenge for me, but it will give my ankle some needed rest. Hope to see everyone finish this challenge strong and start a new one next month! Best Wishes! |

Expert 1023 , | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs Happy birthday, Kam, and well done beating your goal even with the injured ankle. I went over my goal yesterday, and I have a run scheduled tomorrow, so I should end up around 110%. This whole challenge was an awful lot of fun and great motivation. I'm sure I would have skipped a workout or 2 if I hadn't been in this great group. Now I'm thinking of a bike challenge for February. Keep up the great work, everybody! Anthony |

TinkerBeth 23096 Liverpool, New York | Subject: RE: Scrambled Legs January Challenge Final Update (aka, The World According to Beth) You guys rock! Funky-Chrono-Monkeys of the Frozen Cinder Tundra – Captain Bluejack maybe the only thing we know for sure is this what I do know, is that this team kicked some monkee booty! Awesome job of inspiring each other and keeping things going! Flying Fish – Captain Kendra Yeah, and hmmm, does anyone else find this disturbing? This team has done an awesome job of inspiring each other – they’ve been through sickness, broken down cars, latex vs silicone and well, they still keep swimming! Team Ride Lots – Captain Scott Eat your Loblolly and ride your trainer while visiting BT and you too shall be a Master – muwahahaha! Loving Every Mile – L.E.M. - Captain Lisa Who’s your Marmadaddy? – Captain Sal Dexter had a most excellent challenge, complete with the Freezeroo #4 Hearnish 10K and the discovery that V8 tastes good with vodka Wet and Wild – Captain JeniWow, so many ways that life can get in the way of training, but this team just continues to persevere! Hat’s off to Stuart (nevergivin) for being the first on the team to reach 120%. They are a team of spirit and inspiration! So many images come to mind when one says – ‘wet and wild’, LOL here’s one that seems to fit Twisted Blisters – Captain Beth Where to start????? Despite all odds, bears, broken ribs, chilling temperatures, radical job changes, new businesses, babies…………somehow, this team remained the chattiest of the challenge teams – hmmmm, who knows, this could even overflow to their standings in the actual challenge You ain’t heavy, you’re my blister – LOL
Scrambled Legs – Captain 1for1 “THIS IS WHY I LOVE CHALLENGES... New Friends, Motivation, Meeting a goal that I never thought I would see me set, and finding ways to push and know I can push harder. “ all we know, is that they are not a bunch of dancing chickens! Team T.I.T.S – Captain Max (aka keeper of the T.I.T.S)Yep, this sums it up! “Our T.I.T.S. are getting perkier, and more voluminous with each passing day. It must be the careful attention that we are giving to our individual and collective T.I.T.S.” There were some treats offered There were folks that were able ride in spite of a hangover, some even put in a 4 hour drainer ride I hope you all enjoyed the challenge as much as Dee and I did! drum roll please! and the winner is??????? |
