SPeaking of puking, I need to purge. I normally eat pretty healthy but today I actually went to lunch with a bloke from the office and we had Chinese. Kung Pao beef was yum yum yummy. Unfortunately it's also terribly unhealthy.

So I feel as if I'm going to -- YAK!

Last night this girl taught me how to use the "word" feature when text messaging. My text times have been drastically reduced today. I used to type every letter... what a pain.



As in typing `word' for every response? Example:

`Are you going to the party tonight?'
`Word.'
`Yeah me too. You bringin' some beers?'
`Word.'
`Cool cool. Just wanted to be sure you were going to be there.'
`Word.'

Rynamite - 2007-06-01 2:16 PM t's perfect in certain situations. It's kind of like mobile email. You can send a message, it doesn't disrupt the person, it's very flexible. They can get back to you when it's convenient. I send a ton of text messages now. I hope it's on my cell plan... I'm sure my boss will let me know if it's not...haha.

I strongly disagree. I can send a message to 10 friends that says "Uno's @ 8" and they all know when and where to be.

I can send colorado girl a message that says "I'll pick you up at 7", early in the morning, and when she wakes up she can get it.

Calling would take much more effort on both accounts.


Agreed. And what if you're in a meeting and don't want to be bothered by a ringing phone but can get text messages. They're pretty handy then. And if you're at a movie or something you can keep in touch with the outside world. This is a 24-7-365(6) world. Fortunately or unfortunately depending on your outlook.
