Who all is racing this weekend?  I know there is a couple.  Best of luck to all of you.  I'll be thinking of you all out there having fun as I continue to stare at the pager with hatred.  Tongue out  Virtual cheering counts right?

Woo-hoo...good luck Emma in your 10k & Jessie in IMCA!

Nik & I are doing a 48-mile charity ride tomorrow morning. I think it's going to be what I really need to gain some confidence for that distance on the bike. Looking forward to it and the weather is supposed to be amazing!

Good Luck Emma, Jessie & Kelli!!!!
You guys are going to rock it, I can't wait to read your race reports!

Have a run planned today while the girls are in PE then a swim at the lake later this afternoon.
Saturday I'll hop on the trainer while Ken is out on a ride with Justine.
Sunday I signed up for a clinic with the race I'm doing in a couple of weeks. Hoping to get a good swim in followed by a run.

What is everybody else up to this weekend?

GOOD LUCK to all our racers this weekend!!!!

I have my 3rd ART session today.  Apparently my overly tight quads and inadequate hamstrings, combined with not nearly strong enough glutes and overly rotated hips are wreaking havoc on my patella's ability to track correctly.  I'm optimistic that although the sessions are painful, ART combined with some serious strength and stretching work will keep me running.  Saturday I have plans for 9 miles.  Sunday will be an early swim, followed by an hour on the bike.  Hopefully outside, but the weatherman is not reading out numbers I like.  Oh, and a minimum of 30 mins of stretching both days.

Fisrt... I love me some Friday!!!

What up Kim, were you built upside down & backwards? If you were a Toyota, I'd say that is grounds for a recall. lol!

I hope the ART guru gets ya all back aligned, strengthened and ready to get your Run On!

Emma, Jessica, & Kelli... GOOD LUCK ladies!  I am certain y'all will have a great time gettin' your sweat on, and we (I) look forward to reading the race reports.

Weekend plans... I was originally planning on swimming this evening at the lake, but family schedule interferes with that... so I will likely swim at the pool, maybe lift as well.
Run tomorrow - tri season kick off get together at mi casa Saturday afternoon, a 45 mile ride
through the hills Sunday morning followed immeadiately with 30 minute transition run, then it's back home and out to another party (friends promotion celebration)... Then start the week off again on Monday... which I hope will go better (training wise) than these last couple weeks.

Just kiddin'... you gotta bike for the hills, not run... LOL!

Congrats you two! I am excited for ya!

Weekend Plans:

60-70 bike Saturday with Justine (on flats not hills for a change)
8-10 run Sunday

Looks like great weather so possibly some work outside if the training plan doesn't crush ambition.

My Syracuse Orangemen got rocked yesterday - congrats Butler so I have no more vested interest in the NCAA basketball tourney.  I guess that means I need to be outside all weekend!

Hoping for a tail wind for all the racers this weekend! (and no wind for me)

No weekend plans for me.  I'll try and fit in some workouts when I can but will use the oncall period to catch up on some work and maybe do some cleaning/reorging of the house.  And waiting on the race reports so chop chop on those racing, don't leave me hanging.

I am jumping on the ART bandwagon and have an appointment on Monday to see what they can do about my left hip that has been bugging me as of late.  Hope to be pain free soon.

I will be really happy when the wifes company finally move building this weekend. Her 12 hour days for the past 2 weeks has been tough. She is working as much as Justin now. Plus work has been yelling at everyone for being on the internets. Like we are supposed to be doing other stuff. The nerve of some people. Have a great weekend everyone!!

You may find this interesting - I can't get there on the work computer(blocked website).  Thankfully they haven't specifically blocked BT yet.  Probably not enough employees logged in here.  I will have to check it out on the Mac.
