Cat, I had TWO big spoonfuls of Nutella tonight. Ahhhhhhhhh.  Such a great remedy.  

While I was waiting for my toast to cook (superb dinner I know!) I stood over the nutella pot scooping it out with my knife and eating it...

CHR15, I did it! But it's taken hours to sort it out. Even my geeky eldest had trouble & he's a wizz on computers. Think it wanted jpeg not gif. Who knows.

Wow, I wish I was riding there.  It is beautiful countryside.

I told hubby last night that next Friday I'm interviewing a cleaning service for the house.  I can't wait.  (Of course I'm going to want the house clean before they start, LOL)

the thought of swimming at an outdoor pool in low 40's makes me shiver! and I want to go back! so, I opted to go to the noon class instead! so, I am going, but not for a few hours!!

So, team Javelin from what I know.......Javelin is a bike company, and basically we pay them a $25 admin fee and they give us a Sugoi tri uniform and discounts on some products.  I don't know how picky they are about who is on the team, but I know team members are international (Chr15 is on it).....I just wanted to have a uni that made me look tough!  They have a website, www.javelintriathlonteam.com .  I joined after reading about how awesome and comfy the unis were!  I know last year when I saw people on teams or sponsored I automatically was intimidated, so maybe this year I can be intimidating.

Biking does get easier...I PROMISE! it will even be lots better if you buy that used road bike on EBAY or Craigslist. There are sooooo many nice bikes on that site...lots of triathletes and bikers that upgrade and are selling thier not-so-old bikes. You will not believe the difference in your speed and distance. I used to die trying to ride road rides with all those roadies on my mtn bike....and now, I can not believe how easy it is to keep a good pace up!! So, tell the DH no more VS...instead new to you (USED) bike would be the bestest gift in the world for your big 10 yr Anniversary. and as for the iWhip....you not a people peeple person just for some reason...I AM NOT BELIEVING THAT!!! not a people person....HA! think again! I can not imagine how BORING BT would be without you!!!!
