He's back. 1.5 hours later. You know, from the gas station that's 10 minutes away.

That is why I get my gas at 5am.

Generally every Monday morning-unless I have been doing extra driving.  I spend the night at my parents and then head to school-Costco gas is on the way.

He waited for 40 minutes at 5:15 a.m. last week.  It's bad.  Really, really, bad.  In fact, they actually told people in Atlanta not to go to Athens for the UGA game over the weekend if they didn't have gas because there was none available there.  Of course, those that went wished they didn't, but that's another story altogether

It's funny, I still remember the "gas crisis" days from when I was pretty young.  As an adult I've never really been able to imagine that.  Ummm, until now!  People run out of gas waiting in line for gas.  Good times.

Morning, Nibbs!

I don't know, Mila - you're not making a good case for moving to Atlanta. Last fall when I was there, you were out of water. This fall you're out of gas.

Seriously, though - hope it gets better soon. I remember waiting for gas as a kid and that's just wrong.

My cold is real (not just imagined).

I feel crummy.

I didn't meet my September goals.

I'm whiny.

I'm gaining weight.

WHAAAAAAAAH.

(Whine & cheese anyone?)

Kroisten, it's your fault again.  I had a rear tire blow on my drive to work today.  Sitting in the left lane of 95 N waiting for help is scary when traffic is flying by!

Morning Nibbs!

When I woke up to run there was a big downpour and lots of wind.  I went back to bed.  It'll probably be raining when I get home to run, too.  Oh well.

As far as my fault...my powers are not usually so great, but I guess it's possible.

Morning and long time no chat, Nibbs.  Busy, busy, busy.  Just stopping by to say that if you ever feel like you're having a bad day, at least you didn't have one as bad as this guy:

Linky linky

"This is what we have concluded," Olds says. "Dale was burning trash out by his garden area and chopping some weeds. He saw the rattlesnake, went to get the shotgun. As he was walking to go kill the snake, the yellow jackets came up out of the ground and warmed him. When he turned to run, the gun went off (Which almost shot his knee off). When he fell, that's when the snake got him."

Knowing that the guy is ok, I kinda laughed at that.  Does that make me evil?

Morning Nibbs

Gas - it is crazy here in GA with the gas situation.  I'm so glad I can fill my tank and go for 3 weeks.

Dee - sorry you got passed.  And with all that tasering you were doing.

Jen - way to go!  Mold?  Hope that's not what keeps getting you sick.

Mila - you've got a great hubby who will go out in the middle of the night to get gas for you

Cat - HI!

Beth - HI!

Bill - HI!

Scott - new car, cool.  What did you get?

Amy - HI!

Okay, my short term memory has now failed me.  So HI! to everyone else.
