I got my peach of a 30 min bike yesterday before I flew to Alaska. I am hoping to do 2 mile run tonight and an elliptical for 30 min. I can do both at my hotel so i will do that before crashing tonight. I am running on 4.5 hours of sleep and a 3 hr back time change so I will try my hardest to get it in tonight.

Yesterday and today have been easy going, peachy kind of days for me.  Mainly just walking and stretching...oh, and my push ups.  Hubby has classes so I don't get to get an actual work out in without being really creative.  Hey, at least I'm moving, right?!

Hi Peachy kids! I had a fantastic day... very odd warm weather continues and I rode to the tune of 97k. Now for a looong hot shower, I'm glad we have no water restrictions here!!

BTW I know non tri training also counts for a peach box but for this challenge do you count in ALL stuff for the minutes or only count tri stuff for the minutes. Wondering where to include my yoga! Thanks!

If you log it, it counts!  Yoga, stretching, tri-related....log all of it.  I find the more you actually do, the more you may WANT to do...but that could just be my peachy crazed mind

97 km..Great ride. And stop teasing me with the shower talk!

It was a really loooong, extremely hot shower!!! Ahh, but what would you need  a hot shower for..you live in the land of the sun and get to cycle year round!! Lucky! What is the coldest it gets in Melbourne??

We get minimums of about 0*C(maybe even -1*C), and yes I know we're weak but it's all relative. And  a loooong hot shower is always good.

It's actually not sunny today. Showers forcast but I'm going to HTFU and go and ride my bike....outside. I'm so hard core!LOL.

Bike ride done and it didn't rain. In fact it was too hot for my liking! Am I never happy??

And cos I'm so hard core I did a run off the bike. I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to that not feeling so rotten.

Six peaches. Yea!

I got the idea that not only would I get a peach every day this month , but I would also boost my fruit/veggie intake by eating a real peach every day this month.  Unfortunately, I can't find any in my local grocery store.  And frozen/canned peaches just aren't the same.

Why not just eat something orange every day...NOT including Cheetos!! I was thinking cantaloupes, sweet potatoes, carrots....

42 minutes on the bike at the gym then went home and ran a 3 miles in 31 minutes. That's pretty epic for me!

Good advice.  Actually, since November 1st, I've made it a point to eat 5 servings of fruit/veggie a day.  This is a big dietary change for me.   Now if you'll please excuse me, I need to go eat an apple . . .

I did almost the exact same thing.  At least there is some comfort in knowing other crazies are out there!
