hehe yeah we were just talking, which teams do you prefer, those that win stages (Columbia) or those that win GC's(Astana).  Figured that didn't happen in many households.

Whew 20 miles on the rollers this morning.  Tomorrow I'll be on shift, so no biking for me.

Thanks Tony and Andy.

If I do another ride tonight, will that count as a 4th stage or do I need to strictly separate days for stages.  I'm behind 1 stage and I'd like to make it up.  I'll exceed 10 stages and 300 miles, but I may up my goals too.

If your rides are two separate rides... so one in the morning and one at night...they can count as two stages no problem!

Just log them as separate rides!

Dee will have to correct me if I am wrong, but a stage is a distinct workout that is over 15 minutes on the bike - I think...

wow... Speedy little group.  I can't believe that I am pulling for the French?!  WTF?!

Your mandatory French lessons begin in one hour. (No, I will not be teaching it. The only thing I know how to say in French are, um.... well, "bad words.")

I took French in the Seventh Grade.  All I remember is how to count to three.

OK, you count to three, and then I'll cuss them out.

Un....Da...Twa....

Robert can give us a French lesson. (He knows more than curse words, too. LOL)

I can count, curse and even talk if needed Sometimes I even do all three at the same times

Good job

Stage 2 down  - 95 minutes...  I was scheduled for 75, but I decided to make up for my faster (4 minutes) than expected bike split yesterday and then added on some more time as a hedge against the future...

Good job Andy
