So as I'm a bit to late to join I would like to sign already for the March group. Meanwhile I will train on collecting points. And work on my spamming qualities. No no no - We don't *spam.* We, ummmm, "create a plentiful supply of short, entertaining posts with which to keep our challenge-mates amused, interested and engaged in the challenge." Or, um, something like that. LOL Like Judi said, it's never too late to sign up. Go enter yourself on a spreadsheet. Edited by D001 2011-02-12 12:17 PM |

We're supposed to have warm temps around 60 this weekend, I think I need to ride outside. (don't hate me if you are snowed in, come August it will be 100 degrees and HUMID here while you are in a more comfortable climate) Which state are you in again? Sorry I know you told me before. I have my fingers crossed that degrees in the negatives go away soon! (Ontario Canada) Richmond, Virginia So... warm temperatures are only 560 miles away. How long do you think it will take your air to get here? It's going to take a really long time, because I plan on going outside and inhaling it all in. |

That's my goal tomorrow. Take my bike outside and ride, baby, ride. As long as my legs hold up I will ride and bask in the sunshine. |

Master 2042 Albany, NY | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge Boy, I have some BT reading and spreadsheet updating to do... I've been delinquent the last couple days! Got some good workouts in over the weekend but the best part was taking the kids to see the Cornell hockey team kick some RPI butt. (Both hubby and I went to Cornell and my FIL, went too, has season tix at Cornell). My older daughter LOVED it and couldn't wait to go practice passing the puck around with her dad the next day. She was mad we made her wear her bike helmet though... I know her platelets are supposedly back where they should be but I'm a nervous mama! |

Master 1623 | Subject: RE: February Training and Nutrition Challenge Was having one of those mornings where I just felt nothing was going my way. Got woken up at 7:30 (after not being able to fall asleep until after 3) by my roommates practically screaming at each other instead of speaking in normal inside voices. You just can't mess with my sleep I get so angry and it throws off my whole day. Finally fell back asleep but then had to get up and prepare for a presentation. Could not find anything in my room at all which resulted in a very stressed and very late Emma. I hate being late so this made me more stressed. Also still dealing with this stupid sinus headache that won't go away. Finished my presentation and went to work and was just sitting here waiting for 4 so I could go home and James shows up with flowers Made my day so much better! Happy Valentine's Day everyone! |

On another note, I am a sweater, its just the way I am, plus I try and train hard and added to that its Queensland summer right now and my muay thai gym has no air con. Last night I went through 3 seperate tops. About an hour in I came out of the ring and someone waiting for the class joked that I looked like I had been swimming. |
