MUST do this!!! ohmahgawd does that ever sound GOOD! it is very easy to make it TASTE good, but very difficult to make it LOOK good. ideally, when you slice it you have perfect swirls of pumpkin and cream cheese, but usually i get impatient rolling it and there are lots of breaks in the cake layer. i just use the recipe from the libby's can (or website if it isn't on the can) or in the better homes and gardens cookbook. some people put walnuts in theirs, i don't particularly like that. |
