Just getting started on the work day, It is supposed to be pretty out today. Maybe I can actually run outside. Though, my lungs are still fuzzy so I cough and hack so much, it is kind of embaresing

Not much. I can't get awake this morning. I had a call from my academic advisor last night. She will help me through my first 3 semesters, then I'll get transferred to someone else for my final 2. Semesters are 8 weeks for the online courses. If I take 2 classes a semester I'll be done in a year. I am already registered for the math class I posted yesterday. She is going to send me what remaining courses I need to take to graduate, so I know where I'm headed.

Kiddos are getting pictures done again tonight. Last time I didn't know they could do outfit changes. Donnie's cousin is a professional photographer, she is taking them.

Other than that I think early to bed.

Oh, and homework. I have homework. Maybe I'll be a good example and sit down and do it in front of the kiddos.

Great that you have someone to help you build your educational path.

Remember the days when you just went in and got your picture taken? Change clothes. Wow! You will have to post the pics when you get them.

The kiddos just started a new marking period, might as well start out strong.

The opening officially closed on Friday. I'm hoping this week, but who knows.

The last place I tried to finish up my degree was not good. I only attended there a semester, and I don't think I ever actually spoke to a person. I was totally lost. So far this has been a better experience.

WOW, Ann. Those are GREAT shots! How can you choose? Your babies are becoming fine looking young folks. (I won't use the "adult" word for fear of freaking you out )

Yeah... I'm not sure how we'll pick, and we are having more taken tonight. The bonus with having a family member do it is we get free sittings, and a big discounts on the pictures.

Right now a nap seems better since I stayed up late finishing a book.  You would think that I would know better. 

But I will run instead.... after all must help the Ghoulies dominate BT World.

Got my run in yesterday, so that goal is met.  I will swim tomorrow and finish off that one!

I loaded a new training plan into my calendar (heavily modified!!).  We will see how November goes.

I just received a phone call and voicemail from a recruiter about a position right down the street from where I am now. He followed up his call with an email. I don't like taking those kinds of phone calls while I'm still at work, so I responded to his email with  few questions. He told me if I wanted any more information I'd have to call him. No thanks. If you can't be civil to me, than I do not want to work for you.

I now have something to work for!

I verified with Nike, they actually replied to my email minutes after I sent it, that I can register for the Nike Women's half marathon in DC as a college student. This means I am guaranteed entry, no lottery, and I save $25.

Happy Hump day from HH, SC.  Got in a 1 1/2 hour bike ride on the beach today.  It was wonderful.

I still am sick, but not letting it stop me from enjoying my vaca.  Today we did a little shopping at the outlet mall.  I have a good idea that I am getting a Pandora necklace for xmas.  Woot!  Now if the kids come through with the fitbit Force, I will be a happy girl on xmas morning.  Got most of the xmas shopping done.  The only thing left is to find the fun stuff for the stockings.  That is a challenge.  Found the kids CD's with the top 20 hit songs from the years they were born.  that should be good for a laugh.

Tomorrow will be some more sitting on the beach day.  Then we are going to a Jazz club for dinner and a show.  They are doing a Great Gatsby theme, but I'll be in my usual wear.  Did not bring a costume with me.

Hope all the Ghoulies are getting their workouts in this month.  We need to rock this challenge.
