Do I have to return mine? Looks like a great book though.

I purchased my costume yesterday and it does not show any leg or slice. My whiteness would blind everyone anyway so I decided to keep covered.

You know you could wear the costume with nothing underneath. Thats what you said you were going to do, right? It is kinda like a mini-dress

Poor Dan - now the fan club'll be trying' to look up his kilt during the ride....  I'm still clueless on a costume, and am thinking about putting it up to the mass majority - not sure if I trust all of you, though

My vote is for Peter Pan. Or a bottle of SOCO.

I am not sure as to my costume choice - and it depends on whether or not I can go. If you guys ride early enough, I will not be out of work in time and able to get to Reston/Herndon/wherever, as I doubt I can convince work to let me leave early - does anyone want to come up with a good excuse for me? Though I could always just come party with y'all afterwards

Hmmm.. Isn't riding your bike naked both potentially uncomfortable and against your own said "rules"?

No.  For the following reasons:

1. The rule was written as "Stripping is strictly prohibited.  What kind of racket do you think this is?  However, random removal of clothing is not only within the rules, you may find that it is encouraged."  I will not be stripping.  I will simply arrive wearing the emporer's new clothes.

2.  Hypothetically speaking, even if said costume were in violation of the rule, the Rule was set forth of page 4 of this thread.  We are now on Page 10.  Are you not aware that once a thread has progressed five pages beyond the initiation of a rule, that rule can no longer be enforced unless it is again put into place by the Self Appointed Point Giver-Outer?

3. I get to make the rules.

You failed to discuss the uncomfortableness of said costume.
