CONGRATULATIONS TO WHO'S YOUR MARMADADDY?! BUT remember that this is only the SECOND week of the challenge! January is only 41.9% completed. There's still time to help your team achieve that #1 ranking! So get out there and Swim/Bike/Run!... And then Swim/Bike/Run some more! Dee and Beth Hey guys, don't feel bad that we're second to last. Remember that sucking at T.I.T.S. is a good thing. I mean, we just have to shake ourselves some more T.I.T.S., you know. |

Although, January isn't even halfway over, so you have lots of time left to get more T.I.T.S.

I like helping and if there is even one that might need my help, well darnit I help shape you up into what I think should look like! HURRAY !!!! Champion 8903 | Subject: RE: Team T.I.T.S. Sure! Anyone can jog lazily on a treadmill or shuffle down the street and call it "running" or drift back and forth in a swim pool. It takes real character to get on that bike and put in those callous-building hours! And do we regret it every time we have to do our workouts????? Nonsense! It's Perky People Loving Every Session!! More T.I.T.S. !!!

Pro 6582 Melbourne FL | Subject: RE: Team T.I.T.S. Woohoo, just found out from a friend that the local bike club is putting on a TT on Feb 2nd for 10k and 20 distances. I may not be in ideal shape for it but this looks to be a perfect time to see what I can do. I should do the 20k as its the same cost for either and I'm all about getting more lactic acid burn for my $. It's all about the T.I.T.S. baby! Rode into work today, had to wait until 9am to leave as it was darn cold this morning! Ride home in the PM in the works... Edited by Donto 2008-01-15 11:37 AM |

TinkerBeth 23096 Liverpool, New York | Subject: RE: Team T.I.T.S. January Challenge Week 2 (aka, The World According to Beth) Swim, bike, run, post, post, post! The cornerstones of the January Challenge! Ok, so posting really isn’t one of the triathlon sports, and really has nothing to do with the January challenge, although early in week 2 you wouldn’t have known that based on the posting activity of the Talking Tilapia Flying Fish and the Twisted Blisters! Members of both teams took the posting challenge to heart and members of each team valiantly tried to out post each other. They even started to resort to replying to each other’s posts within their own thread (ummmm, certainly nothing yours truly would have done) – LOL!! Captains Kendra and Beth called a truce and started new threads and the focus is back on the challenge (although, the blisters are ahead in the post count hehehe!) Funky-Chrono-Monkeys of the Frozen Cinder Tundra – Captain Bluejack Flying Fish – Captain Kendra Team Ride Lots – Captain Scott Loving Every Mile – L.E.M. - Captain Lisa Who’s your Marmadaddy? – Captain Sal Wet and Wild – Captain Jeni Twisted Blisters – Captain Beth Scrambled Legs – Captain 1for1 Team T.I.T.S – Captain Max (aka keeper of the T.I.T.S) |

Expert 974 Encinitas | Subject: RE: Team T.I.T.S. The weather seems to be nice so I'm going to try and get my T.I.T.S. outside tomorrow morning, especially with my apparent troubles on a trainer. I think the heart rate monitor was working just fine, I was sweating plenty (always sweat a ton on a bike trainer due to the wamrth and lack of wind). Don't worry though, I won't let my trainer woes get in the way of my T.I.T.S. I'm going to try and keep them outside but if I can't I will still do the trainer. I think I do have a very serious mental block to riding hard on a bike trainer though. It's like my mind can't wrap it's self around the concept. The idea of riding a bike and not going anywhere is just strange, and if I'm not going anywhere why sould I try and get there any faster? |

Champion 8903 | Subject: RE: Team T.I.T.S. I have to scale back on my BT Time a bit due to a heavy work load and some other pressing issues. So that I don't ignore anyone, I put my training blog into private mode. I'll keep making sure my trainer time is logged on the Google spreadsheet and I'll check on everyone here, but you'll seeing a bit less of me for a while until things clear up a bit.
