I started Jorge's Plan this year instead of last year due to much more needed time to recovery mentally from IMAZ 2015 (Sorry Donto! ).
Anyway, after you complete Jorge's Plan you can do whatever you want but make sure you do at least 1 hard work out (1 hour ) a week and a long bike ride on the weekend when you can. Another bike ride would be helpful too. Trainerroad has some nice workout options to keep things interesting as well.
During the offseason, I like to ride at least 3 times a week to keep my legs moving. I focused on running the past few months but ended up injuring myself.
