Wahoo! I'm at 110% on my run, 109% on my bike, and 102% on my swim. Maybe I'll spend 10 minutes in the pool tomorrow just to fully contribute. Great challenge this month! It really got me movin'.

I am almost there, what a challenge I thought I would never make it!! I have 70 min swim to get in and I can call it DONE! Will have to climb in the icky water twice tommorrow to do it, because of time, but I will finish.

Hi all,

the month is almost over and I think we all did great and for those who did not reach 100%, well that is just life and life sometimes just simply gets in the way.

I am back in Iceland now for 30 hours and we leave again this afternoon. My husband will come with because on Sunday we have our first Outside TRIATHLOn of the season in Germany. Bikes are packed and I have a long list with things to take.

I just had a quick swim after my PT appointment this morning and it went awesome. I swam my fastest 500m time this year and that after 10 days of no swimming!! ??

That brings me to 100% for all 3 disciplines but I also kept my goals very low because I knew this would be a stressy month and exercise was not always priority.

Thanks for a great challenge everyone

Today is the last day of the April Challenge!  Hope you are able to get in some last minute workouts and get to 100%!

Please remember that you have to have your logs and team spreadsheet updated by 11:59 EDT on Friday May2nd.  I'll be posting the final results on Saturday.

I have to say I am very sorry for letting the team down. I did indeed get all my bike and run done and even got the 110% but I did not make the swim. The pool being closed for part of last week just messed me up and I can't siwm everyday. My shoulder will not take that. I swam as much as my body would allow and I am sorry for letting you guys down. Hopefully the extra I did do will help to off set the stuff I didn't get.

Hey Pineapples! Great job everyone! I ended a little short on my biking, but with the extra on my swim and run I'm at 103%! Yahoo! This has been an excellent challenge and I have to say there is no way I would have gotten as much biking in as I did, with the weather and all, if it weren't for this. Thanks Heidi for being captain, and thanks to everyone for making this an awesome team!! GO PINEAPPLES!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, team, I have the spreadsheet updated to the best of my knowledge. If you make any changes to your April totals you can either make them yourself, or give me a shout, and I'll do it for ya'. Last I looked we were at 94.46%! YAY TEAM!
