He's on my friends list if you want to go visit for the read. I get up early for my workouts because if I don't it wouldn't get done. I still have my second workout per plan when I get home plus the PT/core waiting me. I get up at 5 AM, workout...eat...go to work....come home...eat...clean the kitchen/throw in laundry...workout more....make lunch for tomorrow and shower before crashing around 10PM....If my husband moves up the food chain at his job I might consider a part time position but my current employment doesn't offer that option. |

Good article! Here's the shortcut, folks: A Calorie Is Not A Calorie I agree with what is in this article. Everyone says calories in calories..not that simple for me. If I eat processed food the calories are handled differently by my body then if I eat natural food like fruit or veggies. Timing, what you eat when, all play into weight. |

Dancing to old fashioned Hispanic music. So it an exercise class they call that is a party. I have horrible rhythm and never ever wanted to dance as a kid or adult as I was always super inhibited somehow doing triathlons I've lost that and can try new and different things For me it is a positive fun athletic pursuit that my daughters want to do with me. They play soccer 10 months a year but we are taking this winter off so we are trying different type of active things. For me I see it as an extra way to burn some calories, have fun and do something different than run, bike and swim.

At 5 I flew out of bed, ticked at myself for oversleeping, and hit the gym. Thankfully I only have to walk to the other end of the house for that, so I was able to get my weight sets in. |

That is awesome. I find the 2 workout a day thing to really buff you up. When I was doing it last summer I felt like I was almost always "on". Lots of energy. And boy did I eat. Can't wait to see how this summer goes. |

A lot of folks who have sensitive gi systems seem to handle the infinit stuff best. From what I've seen it's cost wise about the same as heed or accel products. You do need electrolyte replacement, expecially with the u.c. No sense inviting trouble. What I don't know is if they would provide a sample or 2 for you to try before committing $$ to purchasing it and having it shipped to Australia. Can you at least eat a couple pretzels and drink a diluted sports drink? That replaces some of the sodium you're losing in sweat and giving some carbs to replete what you're burning too. I am amazed at how many calories I burn riding--even when there's not a lot of speed. |

I think the gel is sold in packets similar to gu packets. You can try diluting it, using a little more water to minimize the flavor issues. I have the mandarin orange flavored powder and if I dilute a scoop in 8 oz water I think it's petty weak. I prefer it colder so when it gets warm I don't drink as much as I probably should.QueenZipp - 2009-01-07 12:38 PM Cat, What fluids can you handle?
