That's another 2000m done, and due to the threat of the taser I updated the sheet before getting dry!!!!!!!

Another 2750m done.   Make the best of the long weekend everyone and get in the water and swim.

Just finished my swim, 1/2 way there... Right on schedule...

Staying at one of the Wisconsin Dells waterparks for the next couple of days while my 2 older boyz play in a b-ball tournament.  I'm thinking there'll be some swimming somehow in there.

Got 2650m in this evening for 6 of 13. Almost half way there and right on schedule.

ahhh how frustrating, the gym has changed opening hours, I turned up at 1830 to swim for an hour to find they now shut on a Saturday at 7pm (was 9pm) and you must clear the pool 30 minutes before closing.  Seriously unhappy, so I took my frustration out on the bike instead, felt better riding through the lovely wind and rain for 45 minutes :-)

Never mind Monday will bring another swim.

Kenny black, dexter wkirbytri and disturbed, if you get a chance, remmeber to update teh spreadsheet, no updates from you in a week now, if your injured/have reasons you can't do the challange, then its all good, just say so

I plan to do an early morning swim tomorrow. could be fun

Did a late night swim in celebration of Orlando's big win over Boston, WOOT!!!

2200m for 7/13 sessions. This was my make-up swim from the one I missed May 1st. Boy it sure is nice having a lap pool in my apartment complex. Just gotta kick the kids out the way and I can do laps anytime I want.
