You know that nice team table you just made?

Well, it's time to edit it (again).

Yanti is joining our team!

I ***heart*** you, Dee.

I know and love many of you here already and look forward to getting to know the rest!

Very happy to be part of a challenge again ... have needed to look inward as of late and haven't been able to be as involved on BT as in the past. But slowly emerging and this seems like a wonderful group to be, uh, well, re-emerging with!

Slowly getting back into regular training as well. Hope to do a 5K or 10K later in the month here in Jakarta, Indonesia, where I fairly recently relocated to.

First run of the month is in the books.  Got in 4 miles this morning.  I hate running first thing in the morning but it was the only way to get it done today.  Now I'm stuck at work for the next 12 hours.  I've only been here 15min and I'm already thinking it's time for a coffee break!

I can work on it.  I might wait a day or two to see if more people join the team.  Hope you don't mind.

I think I need a nap.  I'm tired.  I was gonna go for a ride today but I am feeling all sluggish.  Perhaps it's the 3/4 of a bag of cheese puffs I ate for lunch.  So nutritious, huh.

Hi Erica!

Aw c'mon cheese puffs are great. The other day I ate two Krispy Kreme doughnuts for between-workouts bike-swim brick ... would that be a bwick?

Hey everyone!  Crazy couple of days here, but I got a run in yesterday and hopefully a bike tonight (if it doesn't rain!).  I'm still on for my 5K tomorrow.  Who was it that was doing a half marathon tomorrow?  Good luck!

And I have to brag on my team from last month -- we pulled it out in the end!  This team has already surpassed us in posts (we were not a chatty group AT ALL!), but still surprised ourselves with a strong finish.  The funniest thing was our name, though -- we were the Nads, as in Go Nads!

At least you didn't eat the entire bag.  It takes willpower to stop 3/4 of the way thru!
