wgraves7582 - 2010-11-23 7:13 AM 176.0 for me this morning.

I am not holding my breath because I will be consuming mass quantities of food Thursday.  I told my wife I was going to eat so much she was going to be embarassed LOL

Have a great day everyone!

Bill, this just made me laugh so hard I started coughing and wheezing all over again!  This sounds vaguely familiar to something MY husband said to me...  Laughing

I've been a little lost over the last last week...  kid birthdays and now kid sicknesses...  but I'm down to 138.2 today!  Not really sure where it came from so I'm skeptical that it will stick.  But I'll take it for today!

CAYRIP - want to do all 300 minutes on Friday?  Looking at a "tour of the parks"  Bear Creek, Chatfield, Cherry Creek, Confluence.....

What time will you be heading out?  I am in Cheyenne on Thursday but heading to Evergreen on Friday.  This ride could be an intermediary for me.  I like the sound of it.  My family can drop me off on their way to Evergreen and I can call my wife to come get me afterwards especially if you are willing to start in Morrison.

I don't get it.  Sunday I was 204.4 - lowest weight this month - Monday I was 209 and this morning I was 203.6 - to my best guess the lowest weight of the year.
What kind of anomolie was that?

Time for a new scale

I've noticed similar fluctuations myself. I've found I have to be consistent with the time of day, before/after meals, bathroom, etc. to get any kind of consistency. I started weighing myself before getting in the shower and things are pretty consistent now.

121.8 is my final weigh in before Thanksgiving. I'll be out of town and checking in (hopefully without too much damage!) again next Sunday.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!  Enjoy it!

174 today - hopefully the scale will keep going down. Running 3x a week and spinning 3x a week, as of this week.

Happy Thanksgiving to our American friends!

I had no problem last month for Canadian Thanksgiving because I really don't care for the traditional holiday dinners.

No sugar anytime.  That really works for me.  If I can cut out sugars, the weight falls off.

Hey everyone!  Room for one more!?

I just finished Ironman season and I'm not liking the way my body is looking.  I've gained weight, clothes don't fit the way they should.  My new job really threw a wrench into my training and nutrition. I need to bring up my intensity in workouts, get back to the weight training and get back on the nutrition band-wagon.

I'm not going to weigh in yet, still feeling a bit bloated from Sunday's Ironman.  Looking forward to finding success wtih all of you!

Yeah, what Susan said.

Eliminating or drastically reducing my intake of "Nut butters"
Being conscious of the "post kids bedtime" eating.  Do I really need it or is it just a habit?

Today's Spreadsheet.  Overall as a group we are down 34.2 lbs and still have 140lbs to go.  Tomorrow is brutal but go for a 45 min walk to boost metabolism 15% after your feast (I learned this last night on the Biggest Loser).

Let's get cracking!

I wonder if a 5k at 8:30 AM would still be in effect in metabolism by feast at 3:30 pm?

If I run home, then I would have to run there.  So there & back plus the 5k would turn it all into a 1/2 marathon  Laughing

Then I would nap thru dinner instead of eat.  What a plan!

Still slowly losing. A couple more days I might even be down to where I started the month.

Oh wait. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. Make that another week.

Sounds like me (goal to get back to starting point). I recently overtook my starting point and have maintained -2 for two days. We can do this!!
