Subject: RE: Challenge: Weight Loss During the Holiday SeasonHey everyone! Room for one more!? I just finished Ironman season and I'm not liking the way my body is looking. I've gained weight, clothes don't fit the way they should. My new job really threw a wrench into my training and nutrition. I need to bring up my intensity in workouts, get back to the weight training and get back on the nutrition band-wagon. I'm not going to weigh in yet, still feeling a bit bloated from Sunday's Ironman. Looking forward to finding success wtih all of you! |
