I decided on my costume.  I am going to wear the emporer's new clothes.

Hmmm.. Isn't riding your bike naked both potentially uncomfortable and against your own said "rules"?

Wait! Wait! Now we get to see naked boys in aggressive aero positions???

I'm there !!

LOL

Just quoting Lauren to make sure she doesn't edit her post like usual

Wow - go away for a day and we have commandos, emperors and banana seats!

And - yes - I do own a Jessica Rabbit style dress...but mine is purple, so I guess it won't work for your team, 3558! :P

lol - can't promise a book - maybe an article! Although "3558 in a Dress" is a damned catchy title! Shelly will have to take a bi-line!

He has already promised to wear the dress for the 10k.

I installed a banana seat.

Heh.

Yeah, I said it.

Just don't make the mistake I did, and try it with a cut-out seat.  Got uncomfortably close to the small chainring.  Luckily, I've already had 2 kids.

lcsolutions - 2007-10-09 11:51 AM Poor Dan - now the fan club'll be trying' to look up his kilt during the ride....  I'm still clueless on a costume, and am thinking about putting it up to the mass majority - not sure if I trust all of you, though

My vote is for Peter Pan. Or a bottle of SOCO.

Peter Pan eh?  Boy, he sure is a masculine-looking fella, isn't he?  Now a Soco bottle goes well with my existing hydration Plan Of The Day.... hmmmm..... there's possibility there

Maybe your kids can help you make the costume. Joe's youngest is L.

L's teacher: What did you do this weekend?
L: I helped Daddy make his halloween costume.
L's teacher: What is the costume?
L: My daddy's very favorite thing in the world. A big bottle of alcohol.

lcsolutions - 2007-09-21 11:53 AM In light of the discussion regarding age, I think it is appropriate to begin revealing the importance of the colonoscopy as we grow older. Colonoscopy is a test that allows your doctor to look at the inner lining of your large intestine (rectum and colon). He or she uses a thin, flexible tube called a colonoscope to look at the colon. A colonoscopy helps find ulcers, polyps, tumors, and areas of inflammation or bleeding. During a colonoscopy, tissue samples can be collected (biopsy) and abnormal growths can be taken out. Colonoscopy can also be used as a screening test to check for cancer or precancerous growths in the colon or rectum (polyps).  blah blah blah

Ever since you posted this, when I see your avatar on the left, I fear it is going to be some description of an invasive diagnostic procedure.

I think you should just get a big white latex glove for your costume and go as a proctologist, or the A$$-MAN.

If I have to wear pants in order for people to show up, then I will...  but you have to explain it to Lauren.
