Shawn, that was an excellent post. It offers encouragement and empathy. Although whether I need encouragement to pad my post count yet again is questionable.

It's much better than a simple post padding comment like "LOL."

I ran the furthest I have ever run tonight (3.714 miles).  My long runs on the training program really are getting long now.  I had to do 32 minutes tonight. 

DON'T WORRY ABOUT MY TOTAL.  I WILL MEET MY GOAL.  I'm right on schedule, anyway.  If you look at my monthly totals, I'm new at this, and 33 miles was a really tough goal for me.  But, I'm on track, and I will finish!
