Hi Beth! how'd the meeting go? Really good - he talked about consistency in training over large volumes and nutrition in terms of keeping hydrated and eating well the day before/not drinking the day before etc He also offered to take everyone for a swim session to give us some tips so that is really exciting I think! I have to thank the girl who found him he really was great! |

Then I think next week we need to get everyone together and work out who wants to do WHAT and when... |

Next Sunday night we will be eating at our favorite restaurant Le Kliff. It overlooks the bay, you watch the sunset, open air, thatched roof, sea breezes. Highly recomment this restaurant to anyone who goes to Puerta Vallarta. It is about 20 minutes outside of town on the south side of the bay. I guess I can't be too jealous. I'm leaving for Playa del Carmen on Thanksgiving. It's going to be fun. A friend is getting married, so lots of our friends will be down there. Way better than going home where it's cold for Thanksgiving. Yup, you are one Nibb who can't be jealous this year. You'll be on one coast and I'll be on the other. You'll have a great time. |
