If you're wearing technical wicking clothes, you should be ok, but if you're wearing cotton clothes (which absorb and hold on to moisture ), in very cold weather, that's just a recipe for hypothermia. A nice cold, wet layer of cotton acting as a heat sink against your skin...boo...
