She was playing cat & mouse with a couple other girls the whole course and lunged at the finish to grab 5th place which gave her team the win. WTG miss thing! |

With cold weather running, you DO NOT want to dress too warm, because that will cause you to sweat. If you're wearing technical wicking clothes, you should be ok, but if you're wearing cotton clothes (which absorb and hold on to moisture), in very cold weather, that's just a recipe for hypothermia. A nice cold, wet layer of cotton acting as a heat sink against your skin...boo... Good for you for getting out in the cold...don't follow my example...I'll take an indoor track and a treadmill over running outside when it's 10 degrees F...
