Hi Commandos - my friend, a well endowed female, forgot her bra after swimming a few weeks back and we were heading out for a lunch date.  She remembered having a pair of her hubbies boxer briefs in the car - so viola, a pair of scissors and some strategic cutting and she had a new sports bra.  She liked it so much she wore it more than that one time!

And, I got myself on the trainer at the gym -that Expresso or something bike thing.  Fun, well, not really!  But, it's in the books!

Hey, Vixens...

I'm going to need to bow out of this challenge. Sorry - I dropped a gallon of paint on my toe this morning & I think it's broken. Worse than that, it hurts like heck and I won't be running as much as I should be. (And right now it's too swollen to put in my bike shoes and too bloody to go swimming).

Just in case you needed proof:

So I didn't do my run today.  My knee hurts and the line at the post office cut into my designated run time.  I am a little ahead on my run goal is it will be okay.  I also have an 11 miler slated for Saturday so I would rather rest the knee than do it damage pushing too much.  Gonna spend the rest of the night at home...something I rarely do during the week....catching up on a few things....l

Ouch is right! I hope it starts to feel better soon. It would hurt me just to walk with a toe like that.

Me... I don't have any excuses. I've just been BAD the last couple days. I feel like I'm getting a cold but it's not getting any worse. So, maybe it's just the dust from digging out the xmas stuff? I just have no energy. But I did suck it up and get a workout in tonight. Even if it was a crappy one. I'm hoping to get some good ones in this weekend!

Got my trainer ride in.  I finished baking a batch of Christmas cookies for the family (so they could have a treat after decorating the tree) and set my bike up in the living room.  Funny that no matter how hard I peddled I couldn't get any closer to the darn cookies.  haha!

Ouch!  Was the photo just so that we would believe you or so that we would all recoil in pain?  I hope it feels better and isn't broken!

I've been muddling along this week and doing a little bit each day so I'm a bit behind my goal but not terribly so.  I've been trying to keep up on this thread and shall consider going commando to see if that excites me into longer workouts, if I don't turn into a popsicle on the way home.  Good grief it got cold in a hurry around here!

Keep up the good work all!

Hey Vixen's, crazy couple of days, trying to get everything done at my day job before taking 2 weeks off  for Christmas, one more week and then I'll have lots of time to complete my goals.

Switched my off night from tonight to last night, to take daughter out for dinner and have a little girl time while her Dad played with the early Christmas present he got yesterday(P2C), so I'll be getting on the bike and doing a run later today and will get both a long ride and a long run in sometime this weekend.

Have a great day all!

Evening vixens, did a 15 minutes warm up ride on the bike and a 40 minute run and 20 minute ab set, wasn't really feeling it tonight, but at least got something done.

Got a short trainer ride in last night just to make up some ground from my lazy week...

Today I have kids swim lessons, library, IHOP, getting a xmas tree and a run before it gets dark. I want to get outside to run today to avoid the treadmill and I think it might snow again tomorrow. Oh, the joys of winter training in in the northeast!

Tomorrow I have a long trainer ride planned in front of the tv with some xmas movies.

Have a great weekend VIXENS!

G'morning Vixens, busy day ahead, heading off to teach bootcamp shortly, then back home for bike and maybe a run.  Going to put up the tree today and get some lights up on the house, and then make banana bread and some mexican cauliflower soup...and finishing off with going out with the family for chinese followed by some couch time

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

So, got the kids to swim lessons (and Santa was at the Y this morning too!), my daughter got a free meal at IHOP, got the tree, put the tree up and talked my husband into putting the lights on the house with me.

Now, if I could just get him back downstairs from putting my daughter down for a nap I could get out for my run! I'm worried he fell asleep instead of her...
