Dee is an honorary Vixen...  What spreadsheets are you looking at?  I see the Vixens are up by about 2-3% still with 36 hours to go....  GO VIXENS GO!!!

This is going to be close!

I got another run done today.  (It was run day and I can't do a bike ride on a run day.  Well, there are some exceptions...like tomorrow!)  I'll be hopping on the trainer tomorrow for my last workout.

I managed to run a total of 300 miles this year!  I'm pleased with that number since I was pregnant and learning to care for a baby and recovering from being pregnant in 2009.  It's a challenge getting workouts done with kids around but I'm proof that it CAN be done!

Uh oh Elves, Vixens are over 100% for the month now....  Whatcha gonna do now....

Got home at 11 pm after work and ran 5 miles  last night  in the glorious bright  full moon .  Thought this would make it hard to sleep , but quite the opposite  . I slept great .

Attention all Du-December Challenge participants:  Please make sure that all spreadsheets are up to date by 5:00PM Central time tomorrow (that should allow plenty of hangover recovery).  Final standings will be posted tomorrow night!  Finish up those last work outs!!!

Got it all done!!!  Over 100% for me!!!!  Great job Elves!!!  Can't wait to be in another challenge with you again!!!

Great Job this month as a team we hit 100% 

Pesonnaly I am disappointed in not reaching above 80% .  My main challenge  has been to get out the door after working 70 hours weeks over in the last 3 weeks .

Phenomenal effort by all teams!  There are no losers - only winners from this challenge!  From what I saw in the team threads, everybody got in some workouts that they would have skipped!  Great job to all!  Everybody can add the following to their signature:  "My team won the Du-December Challenge while everyone else was eating!"
