Yesterday was a perfect challenge day. Tons of fruits and veggies, overloaded with water and some great workouts. No added sugar besides gu on the bike. Yay! I topped it off by staying up super late and finished painting my bathroom. Just some more cleaning to do this weekend and I will no longer be living in a construction site (home remodel started in September ).
Question - do Lychee Mojito's count as added sugar? I'm guessing yes, in which case I might have to sacrifice my sugar point at happy hour tonight.
