That double (or was it triple) Iron guy loved you. You're the best sherpa ever, virtual or otherwise. Your job is to shepherd me through either 10k of the bike or 5k of the run in spirit (feel free to pick which segment). Can be done ahead of time, I know the support shall get to me I want a segment too!!! Can I choose a run segment as I know I needed the most help for the run - I was lucky enough to get all the help I needed and I want to pass it on. Ah this sounds like an excellent Idea. I would love a run segment near the end when hypnomelons migh come in handy.
The last 6 miles for me were the worst - if Tony hadn't been there, I would have definitely wanted hypnomelons! Not possible I was following you guys and you were doing excellent, but the hypnomelons are always at your disposal!
In no possible world were we 'doing excellent' (there was entirely too much pain and nausea for that) - but we did finish and that was the whole goal for the day. Aaaaahh hypnomelons... I completely forgot anything else I was going to say, and I don't care. This is my definition of excellent!! The finish line was nothing short of absolutely gloriously excellent! |

When you get to your new duty station, you have about 3 months before you get into the drama yourself. But those first 3 months of not having drama are nice. |

Aren't you in the Navy? Fired = AdSep? Sounds like someone's career is definitely done... Depends. Does this fired officer have any friends equal-to or higher-grade than the commodore? If so, he'll ask for shelter. I've seen that. Ugh. That's no bueno. Is he at least a good pilot? Stick a fork in him he is done. Military's a funny place. When you get to your new duty station, you have about 3 months before you get into the drama yourself. But those first 3 months of not having drama are nice. A new base is always good. Last base is better, except for crossing the finish line will be weird.
