Anybody able to get the live feed from IMOO?  I can see Vegas, but not Madison.  Looks like the girls are biking well.

I'm not having any problems using the "my athlete" tracking.  Just having problems with the live video feed.

Glad you had a good long one today.  I'm taking a few days off.  Tweaked my knee last Thursday night---climbing a tree.  It seemed like a good idea at the time.  Humph.

Gotta jump into the IM tracking to post a little brag... My 10-year-old superstar daughter just ran her first 10K!! It was a very spur-of-the-moment decision to do a race that her BFF invited us to in June (and I forgot to register, ooops). After yesterday's soccer game, BFF's mom asked if we were running the IronGirl 5K today and I said, "Uhhhhh... can we register day-of?"

Wasn't sure if Shea would be up for it after a hard game and a long first week of school. Asked her and she was totally game, but thought a 5K sounded too easy -- she ran nearly 4.5 miles on the trails on Monday. I told her there was a 10K and she said she wanted to do that. Who am I to say no? So we hosted a BBQ last night and stayed up way too late and I got her up at 5:45am and off we went to register and run.

She tore it up!!! She was pretty grumpy from 1-2 miles and I thought this was a big mistake. But toward the end of 5K she found her mojo and took off and negative split and toward the end end she really cranked it up and averaged abotu 7:35 for the last .5 miles. I was trying to keep up with her, but she smoked me in the finish shoot. Love it!!! She had so much fun! Needless to say, so did I. RR to come very soon!

Meanwhile, back to IM stalking. Go girls!! And Linda, hoping you have had an awesome race too!!!!

SHEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I got that too.  Looking at the clock, I think IM is right.  Still awesome!!

On another note, it is truly unbelievable how much stinky stuff 3 people doing 4 races in an ocean can produce.   phew.

GO NINERS!!!!!!

Love that the girls are out on the run.  Stay strong ladies.

Suzy's pick to win the AG ran away with it.  Literally.

Good job Linda!  Glad to hear the body is doing well.

And Nollette family.  Hats off to you guys!!!

I'm back home after spending most of the day in Madtown.  Never got a chance to meet Christina, but Minnow looked really good until the run.  She is having some back issues that has limited her ability to run.  The last time I saw here at about mile 21, I didn't get a chance to talk to her because both her coaches were with her trying to come up with a solution.

I will let her expand on all the gory details but thought the MG would like to know as we track her home, she may be walking the rest of the way in!!!  Frown
