And yuo know how there is a penalty for the loosing teams in Septemebr... well its something a long the lines of 'what yuo needed to do to achieve your goals' OR 'what would have HELPED you achieve your goals' 

Im sure something like a zombie/werewolf/vampire/headless horseman chasing you would cover that requirement and still let people have an October friendly avatar

LOL!  good idea -

I had the cutest avatar picked out for October, I found one that I think will work though - it's not very Halloweenish, but it will fit the penalty

I'm trying to heal my left ITB, so no challenges for a while. Just cycling, lifting, stretching.

Bummer.  Yeah, running probably wouldn't speed that healing process along.

I just knit the heel of a sock.  It's pretty cool.  All I have left to do is to make the top of the foot and the toe.  I learn how to do that tomorrow.
