Started reading 'On The Road' last night - has anyone read it? Its meant to be a great piece of American Literature... which of course means i havent been exposed to it other than having heard of it of course... I mean it is a very well known book |

I hate melodramatic teenagers. It was ugly in the orthodontists office today, very ugly. So glad that's done Her next appointment is in a few weeks and DH has to take her cause it wil be my first week on the new job. |

Was talking to someone from night shift this morning--the whole department is at a real low in morale and the upper level just does not see that we're getting killed and all they want is MORE (such a managerial thing...) Course the flip side to the new job is now I have to shop for real clothes cause I own uniforms, work out attire, dressy stuff and jeans. Not a whole lot in the business casual line right now...That means I won't be buying any extra tri related toys right now but I pretty much have the basics so that's okay Oh Boy!!! Nibbs haven't been clothes shopping since Cat's party way back... Let's see black pants, tan pants, brown is always a good color too (esp come fall)... then some basic button down shirts... Unless you have a chest... I find it impossible to get button down shirts that fit and dont try and burst open around the bust line... so I cannot buy button down shirts for the most part! That's what's great about those knit cami's, you wear them under and leave the shirt unbuttoned, or only half way buttoned. Edited by geauxtri 2008-03-13 6:56 PM |

THEN the ortho said he wanted to leave the wires off for a few more weeks so the drama replayed itself with crying and storming out of the office complete with threatening to walk home (about 25-30 miles). |

I don't want to take a picture of mine cuz it's squashed from my helmet this afternoon. OMG. I can't believe I'm heading to Beaufort for tomorrow for my first triathlon of the season on Saturday. I have to prepare my bike tonight and lay out all my stuff. Holy crap. Where is my number belt? |
